Do you really think I care whether or not the music is good in my opinion? No, the album is entitled Ganjahovadose; Pitchfork needs to be knocking on their door with a 10/10 right now because that is just funny. How could I not forget White Mice? The album names are engraved in my brain: ASSPhIXXXEATATESHUN, BLasssTPhlEgMEICE; any band with album titles as clever as those should know that they are masters in the art of pun creating. Very "punny."
Anywho, I was already under the impression of knowing what I was getting myself into and to prepare myself, I listened to 20 Buck Spin's other new release by Liturgy, Renihilation and I was ready... even though I really should've just listened to White Mice's back catalog instead but...
White Mice just go on and do their average harsh and heavy noise rock freak-outs. White Mice don't really have a lot of room to play around with in their music because it's so heavily focused on one certain aspect of noise rock. But if you're just an average fan of White Mice who's just looking for some new jams ready to shake your speakers with feedback and pummeling drums, be my guest and grab a copy of Ganjahovadose. Heh heh.
